My Goal

Weight loss is not my goal. I am not overweight by any means. What I am trying to accomplish by publishing my daily food diary is to improve my ability to resist temptation. You see, I have a bad case of sweet tooth. Keep a plate of cookies in front of me and I just cannot resist gobbling up a couple! My husband suggested that I keep a food diary to keep me motivated to eat healthy. I decided to go one step further and publish it for the whole wide world to see. I would be embarrased to let everyone know that I have failed (I am like that. What people think of me is very important to me). So I am hoping that this would help me say NO to the sweet goodies that come in front of me! Cheers!
